Ashish Pandey — Management Development Institute, Gurgaon.

Systems approach to management makes stakeholders’ perspective prominent in this field. As a result corporate social responsibilities have assumed importance in the field of management. The author links individual worldview and self-concept for operationalizing the loksangrah philosophy in the business organizations, and paves the way for a different paradigm for learning for the same.
