Evolution of recent management tools from ancient Vedic philosophy

This paper deals with the ancient Vedic wisdom, the basic concepts of recent management tools and techniques, relevance of ancient Vedic knowledge in modern corporate world, evolution of today’s management techniques from old Vedic philosophy, significance of Vedic enlightenment in recent times, suggestions to implement Vedic wisdom to be more successful in today’s corporate world.

The paper evaluates psychometric model and personality traits in the context of Vedic philosophy, origin and progression of recent management concepts from Vedic philosophy
