Silence and healing
Sneha Ahi University of Delhi, Delhi
Psychotherapy is experienced by many as a “talking-cure”. But, is it only the talking that heals? The author of this paper assumes an all-encompassing silence following an authentic psychotherapeutic session. In this paper an attempt is made to explore this reflective and healing silence, which has been time and again emphasized in the writings of Sri Aurobindo and the Mother.
