The purpose of the study was to assess the effect of yoga on the moods and blood pressure of the Grassland Scientists of Jhansi. The moods and blood pressure were studied in three consecutive sessions, i.e., with Medicine, without Medicine and with Yoga. The results reveal the fact that there is no significant difference in the moods of Grassland Scientists in all the three sessions. Instead, they revealed different sets of moods in different conditions. Yoga proved to be a very powerful technique in reducing and controlling the blood pressure of the scientists.
